Always Check DEMOs:
Please check demos before purchasing Skins, Makeup, and Meshes. While the meshes we support use very similar UV Maps, there is some variance. So it’s very important you check demos every single time before purchase.
Mesh Clothing: Omega Kits do not work for Rigged Mesh Clothing. Mesh Clothing is designed for a specific body shape or Mesh Body. You should ALWAYS try a demo before purchasing these items to make sure they fit you.
Occasionally a Mesh Item will come with Omega Appliers for Stockings, or gloves, or some other item meant to be worn with the piece of mesh they are selling. You STILL need to demo the mesh to make sure it fits. Omega cannot change the shape of mesh!
Refund Policy:
What We Will Issue Refunds For.
Accidental Double Purchases and errors. Errors consist of error on our part. Such as it advertises a body which doesn’t include that mesh for said body.
What We Will NOT Issue Refunds For:
Purchase of the Wrong Product
Deliberate Double Purchases
Including those made because of Failed Delivery
Anything Else.
Therefore, please ensure you have the right product before purchase. If you’re unsure.
If delivery fails, which it does and will… occassionally. This is SL, please use the provided redelivery terminals around the shop instead of making another purchase!
As always and I can’t stress this enough if you have any proble please reach out to me. Reasonable request will be accommidated and even some unreasonable ones might fly. I prefer to provide great assistance and help with what I can to fix or resolve problems. Be mindful some things may take a day but no more than 36 hours to get a response.
Before bad reviews please let me have the opportunity to assist or turn a negative into a positive. Once reviews are posted I will consider it a done matter with our without a resolution to move forward.
